The stay here was wonderful, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with fantastic and lovely location not far from a Whole Foods market for the weary traveler, several subway stops, and other areas. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were overworked.

It is a terrific place. Accommodating staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Stunning and decent location, right next to Pianos. And just 20 min walking to city centre. Nice experience there.

Fully equipped place overall, it is fairly clean, location is perfect and magnificent close to Chinatown where we ate out. The room is reasonably priced and includes an a decent size bathroom. It offers excellent service. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is good.

We loved the hotel's convenient location near a Whole Foods and a famous Kinish place, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. The room was comfortable, with a great view of a nearby park and treetops. The staff was friendly and even offered a discount in response to a previous review. The rates were already affordable for the city.
The customer service was lacking, as guests were told to email the manager instead of providing immediate assistance during issues.
